A renowned businessman in Kapiri, Zambia, has been dumped by his girlfriend, who turned down his marriage proposal after she was reportedly embarrassed at ShopRite.
According to available reports, a man identified as Nyirongo Robertson, 43, from Kapiri was dumped by his girlfriend.
Robertson in the company of his friends went to ShopRite where his girlfriend works, this was a surprise visit which was set to propose marriage to the woman he had loved for the past three years.
Everything was going according to plan; Robertson walked into ShopRite and disguised himself to confuse the girl.
He got her favourite things, chocolate and fresh flowers.
The girlfriend came to realise that it was her boyfriend standing before her when she saw his friends capturing the moment.
In no time, Robertson romantically reached for the girlfriendās hand and moved her from the till, he knelt down and everyone in the building went crazy.
The excitement became abnormal, Robertson became uncomfortable and little did he know that his slim-fit trousers had ripped open, leaving everything on the crotch visible.
Because of the continued noise, the girlfriend realised that her manās third leg was also about to kneel down, she tried to alert him by raising her eyebrows but the man continued to smile like a wise fool waiting for her response.
In rage, the woman slapped him, got the ring, threw it away and went back to work.
The man could not tell what was happening because the underwear was not different from a Khaki short, not allowing air in and out.
His friends stopped shooting the video and rushed him outside, where they told him he was naked.
Meanwhile, many men have said it was unfair on the part of Robertson. It was not his fault that his trousers misbehaved.
The lady probably dates someone from ShopRite, they have concluded.
