An unidentified woman has been reportedly caught with at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) facility in the Ifelodun Local Government Area with ballot papers that had already been thumb-printed.
The woman is reportedly nabbed by vigilant residents and security personnel.
According to the video, the incident occurred late in the evening, after the authentic local polling unit results had already been successfully collated and uploaded to the official INEC Result Viewing (IReV) portal.
The intercepted ballot papers entirely lacked the official and mandatory INEC stamps required for valid votes.
As at the time of filing this report, the Osun state police and INEC are yet to comment on the video.

As the votes collations are ongoing in wards and some local government, as at the time of filling this report, GISTSMATE MEDIA reports that it’s over two hours since INEC last updated Osun election results on IReV
The percentage of polling unit results from the Osun governorship election uploaded by INEC to its Result Viewing Portal (IReV) has been stuck at 87.48 percent for more than two hours.
The last result uploaded was at 8:48pm; only entries from 3,292 out of 3,763 polling units have been transmitted.
The delay in result uploading to IReV has sparked reactions on social media.
