Empowering Voices: Hon. Comforter Olufunke Foundation Trains Constituents On Effective Communication

The Hon. Comforter Olufunke Foundation has successfully organised a capacity-building training on effective communication and writing for residents and stakeholders within Ibadan North Constituency I.

The impactful training, held at the Constituency I Office, aimed at equipping participants with practical communication and writing skills essential for personal growth, professional development, and media engagement.

The programme was moderated by the CEO of Poby Concepts Mr. Paul Adebanjo.

During the session, Mr. Adebanjo highlighted key elements of effective communication and writing, stressing the importance of clarity, audience understanding, proper structure, and consistency in delivering messages. He noted that effective communication remains a vital tool for leadership, career advancement, and societal progress.

Delivering the main lecture, the Special Adviser on Political Affairs to Hon. Comforter Olufunke and Chief Executive Officer of Uniplan Integrated Services, Dr. Kunle Awotiku, provided detailed insights into communication techniques, audience engagement strategies, and professional writing skills. He encouraged participants to continuously develop their communication abilities as a pathway to achieving success in their various endeavours.

Participants commended the foundation for organising the enlightening programme, describing it as timely and highly beneficial. They were also assured of certificates of participation in recognition of their involvement. To further support and appreciate attendees, tokens of cash were distributed to all participants after the training.
