Over 6,000 farmers have benefited from the Senator Jide Ipinsagba facilitated fertilizers distribution across the Six local government areas in Ondo North Senatorial District.
The distribution which took place at the Campaign office Senator Ipinsagba office in Ikare-Akoko witnessed convergence of farmers from the Senatorial District.
Addressing the farmers, Senator Jide Ipinsagba represented by Elewe of Okela, Ikare-Akoko, High Chief Ojo Ademuwagun, said the fertilizer distribution was part of his promises to ensure enhanced food production in Ondo North Senatorial District.
Senator Ipinsagba also said it keyed himself in line with President Bola Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda of diversification from relying on oil sector alone.
The Lawmaker promised to give adequate attention to the needs of the people of the Senatorial District in terms of dividends of democracy.
He emphasized that every age grades and genders in the Senatorial District will be given priority support.
Senator Ipinsagba while urging the people to allow President Tinubu implement it’s renewed hope agenda also solicit support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa second term ambition.
Some of the benefiting farmers, Chief Clement Adeloye from Eti-Oro, Akoko South-West, Messrs Foluso Afolabi from Owo local government and Oluwafemi Agbogun from Ose local government all expressed pleasure to the unprecedented good gesture of Senator Ipinsagba with just over a year in office.
They promised to make judicious use of the fertilizer.
