A Kogi State man whose marriage ceremony attracted widespread attention after he married two women on the same day has passed away.
The man, identified as Jamiu and popularly known as Pharmacist, reportedly died on Friday, October 30, 2026, in the Okengwe Ehi community.
His death was confirmed by an MC, Ajina, who also shared a video from the deceased’s funeral on social media.
In a tribute, Ajina described Jamiu’s death as a painful loss, noting that the deceased was a promising young man with a bright future and dreams yet to be fulfilled.
He expressed sadness over his sudden death, adding that his passing had left a vacuum in the hearts of his family, friends and loved ones.
Ajina also offered prayers for the deceased, asking Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus and give his family and loved ones the strength to bear the loss.
