The Deputy Commander-General of the board, Dr Mujaheed Aminuddeen, revealed this during a press briefing on Hisbah’s renewed fight against immorality.
“We have re-launched “Operation flush out immorality” and our operatives will soon clamp down on individuals and groups violating social order,” Mujaheed stated.
He also mentioned that landlords who rent apartments to unknown persons would be arrested due to rising concerns about houses being used as lodges and motels.
In addition, Dr Mujaheed outlined new regulations regarding courtship, emphasising that no prospective couples would be allowed to sit in tinted vehicles, especially at night.
