Nollywood actor Charles Inojie has stirred controversy surrounding infidelity in marriages by claiming side chicks are important for the survival of homes.
While speaking on marriage and the rising rate of divorce, the actor explained that divorce is becoming increasingly common is because humans have abandoned God’s original design for marriage.
Charles also argued that God created side chicks to help couples navigate difficult periods in their marriages.
He claimed side chicks could save marriages when things become challenging.
“One of the reasons the rate of divorce is high is because we humans have left God’s original design for marriage.
“For instance, God knows marriage would not be easy, that’s why He created side chicks so that when things are hard at home, the man can use the side chick to save the marriage because side chick is very important in every marriage,” he argued.
In another development, GISTSMATE MEDIA reports that nollywood actors such as Femi Adebayo, Muyiwa Ademola and Bimbo Oshin have rallied support for Taiwo Hassan, their colleague popularly known as ‘Ogogo’, amid his battle with stage four cancer.
The actors separately appealed on social media for medical assistance for Ogogo, urging Nigerians to help the family find specialists, hospitals and treatment options.
Adebayo said the family is not seeking financial assistance but recommendations for reputable hospitals and advanced treatment centres that can review the ailing actor’s medical records and offer medical alternatives. READ MORE
