Flood: Tinubu’s Aide, Hon. Khadijat Kareem Sympathizes With People Of Borno

The personal assistant to President Bola Tinubu on constituency affairs, Hon. Kareem Khadijat Omotayo has send her heartfelt condolence to people of Maiduguri over the flood that ravage Borno state capital.

Recall that GISTSMATE MEDIA has earlier reported that the overflow of Alau Dam has led to flood in Maiduguri, with many causalities and destruction of properties.

Reacting to the sad event, Hon. Khadijat disclosed that the heart wrenching event is a heavy burden for the state and the nation at large.

She said:
“I extend my heartfelt condolences to the people of Borno State following the recent natural disaster that has caused immense loss and suffering.

This tragic event, which has resulted in the loss of lives, destruction of homes, and displacement of families, is a heavy burden for the entire state and nation.

“Borno State has always shown remarkable strength in the face of challenges, and I am confident that this resilience will once again shine through.

“I urge the federal and state governments, humanitarian organizations, and citizens to join hands in providing immediate relief to those affected and assisting in the recovery and rebuilding process.

“My thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims, the injured, and all those impacted. May God grant you strength during this difficult time.”
