A bus carrying the branding of the City Boy Movement was involved in a road accident along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, near Ibadan, on Tuesday morning, Oct 6.
The crash reportedly caused concern among motorists and other road users, with some stopping to assist those inside the vehicle and help remove debris from the roadway.
Eyewitnesses said the bus was travelling on the expressway when it was involved in the accident. However, details surrounding how the crash occurred remained unclear.
Following the incident, traffic reportedly increased around the affected section of the expressway as motorists slowed down while approaching and passing the crash scene.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and other emergency responders were reportedly contacted to assist with rescue efforts and manage traffic in the area.
As of the time of filing this report, authorities had not officially disclosed whether anyone was injured or confirmed the extent of damage sustained by the bus.
