Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has drawn public attention after he was seen participating in ushering duties at the ongoing Shiloh 2025 programme of the Living Faith Church, also known as Winners Chapel.
Observers at the event said Oborevwori actively assisted worshippers, a gesture that resonated with attendees and sparked conversations about leadership by example.
“This shows humility and a heart for service,” a church member remarked. “It is inspiring to see a sitting governor serve so willingly in God’s house.”
The moment has since generated positive reactions, with supporters commending the governor for demonstrating values of service, faith, and community engagement.
In Nigeria, public officials’ participation in faith-based activities is often viewed as a way of connecting with citizens on a personal level while reinforcing moral and communal values.
