A physical altercation between comedian Mr Jollof and controversial social media activist VeryDarkMan has gone viral after the two were filmed trading blows aboard an aeroplane.
The video footage shows the two men, who appeared to be fellow travellers, engaged in a heated fistfight as alarmed passengers attempted to pull them apart.
In the background, voices can be heard pleading with Jollof and VeryDarkMan to stop and cease fighting.
The public confrontation is the latest escalation in a long-running feud that began in 2024.
The conflict started when VeryDarkMan claimed Mr Jollof’s wife Esinjemiyotan used promiscuous means to secure her husband’s appointment as the senior special assistant (SSA) on new media to Sheriff Oborevwori, Delta state governor.
The social media celebrity further accused her of having an affair with an internet fraudster at a hotel in Delta.
In response, Esinjemiyotan filed a N500m lawsuit against the social media activist for alleged defamation.
She also asked the court for an order directing the activist to publicly apologise in at least two national newspapers and on all his social media platforms.
Esinjemiyotan sought a perpetual injunction preventing the activist from making further defamatory statements about her, either directly or through any associates.
