President Bola Tinubu Senior Special Adviser On Students Engagement, Hon. Comrade Asefon Sunday Dayo has held capacity building and leadership development training programme for selected Students Union President across the North-central.
According to a press statement by Asefon, the event started on Monday 12th through 14th August, 2024.
The press release reads:
CAPACITY BUILDING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR SELECTED STUDENT UNION LEADERS IN NIGERIA TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL.
MAKURDI BENUE STATE 2024.
In our ongoing efforts to enhance the leadership capacity of Student Union leaders, my office has facilitated a capacity-building and leadership development training program for selected Student Union leaders from Nigerian tertiary institutions.
This event has started from yesterday, 12th to 14th August 2024.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the selected participants, as well as to the Supervisory Agency, the National Productivity Centre (NPC), for organizing this impactful training.
The administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, remains steadfast in its commitment to prioritizing education and youth development.
It is important to note that maintaining an uninterrupted academic calendar is achievable, despite the significant investment and attention given to education reform when student leaders choose to embrace dialogue.
