Influencer Papaya Ex has addressed controversy at Priscilla Ojo’s wedding by wearing a custom-made dress featuring the bride’s husband Juma Jux’s photo on her chest.
In an interview with Egungun, Papaya Ex explained that she placed Juma’s photo on her chest because she thought it was the right spot, adding that Nigerians tend to criticise everything anyway.
She claimed she meant no harm and had informed Priscilla about her outfit choice.
“A lot of Nigerians are very somehow, they criticise everything. If I had put the picture here, they’d have still complained. I had to tell my wife, you know I love you, I wouldn’t do anything to hurt you. She was like ‘ okay, yeah, it’s okay’. The outfit is N4.5m”, she said.
Papaya Ex also said that she now resides in Dubai, where her monthly house rent is around 12 million naira.
