GISTSMATE MEDIA earlier reported that users were left in panic following reports that the company has emptied the accounts of hundreds of investors without prior notice.
In a trending video sighted by our correspondent, people were seen conveying valuables at the Oke Ado office, Ibadan.
CBEX, which gained widespread attention in recent months for its high-yield investment packages and aggressive online marketing, is now at the center of what appears to be a major investment scam.
The development has left many Nigerians devastated and financially stranded.
