Professor Samuel Ogunwale Ogundiran, a renowned academic and Professor of Educational Administration & Planning at the National Open University of Nigeria has extended his warmest congratulations to the newly elected executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State.
In a statement credited to Prof Ogundiran, the Tapa-born scholar from Ibarapa North LG, Ibarapa North/Central Constituency praised the electoral process that produced the new leadership team, describing it as a testament to the party’s commitment to democratic principles and good governance under President Asiwaju.Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
“As a scholar and our Party’s Chieftain, I am delighted to see the emergence of a new leadership team that promises to take the Party to greater heights, a sign that APC is gunning for unstoppable victory come 2027” Prof. Ogundiran said.
“I have no doubt that under the leadership of the new Chairman, His Excellency, Moses Alake Adeyemo, the Party will continue to thrive and achieve greater successes in Oyo State.”
Prof. Ogundiran who has a long history of community service and academic excellence noted that the new leadership team has a great responsibility shoulder in order to ensure that the Party remains united and focused on delivering quality leadership to the people of Oyo State.
“I urge the new leadership team to prioritize unity, inclusiveness, and grassroot engagements. They should also ensure that the Patty’s policies and programs are geared towards the development of Oyo State and the well-being of its citizens,” Prof. Ogundiran advised.
The statement added, “I also commend the efforts of the Patty’s Electoral Committee and her members who participated in the election process. Their dedication to the Patty’s ideals is a testament to the strength and resilience of APC in Oyo State.”
Prof. Ogundiran concluded by wishing the new leadership team success in their tenure and assuring them of his support and cooperation. And he equally thanked and congratulated the outgone Executives for the wonderful works they did during their tenure as they strongly built on the existing structure left behind by the previous Executives.
“I am confident that with the right leadership and vision, APC will continue to be a force to be reckoned with in Oyo State and Nigeria at large,” he concluded.
