A former Students’ Union President of Federal College of Agriculture, Moor Plantation, Ibadan, Uthman Olawale Abdulazeez, well known as Industry has declared his intention to contest for the post of Chairman at the National Association of Nigerian Students, Oyo JCC Axis.
In his declaration sighted by GISTSMATE MEDIA, Uthman, a 400-level student of University of Ibadan, who also served as Chief of Staff to the Immediate-Past Coordinator of NANS Zone D disclosed that his ambition is fueled by ‘service and a desire to strengthen inter-campus unity, effective representation’.

DECLARATION OF INTENT
It is with great honour and a profound sense of responsibility that I, Uthman Olawale Abdulazeez, hereby declare my intention to vie for the position of Chairman, National Association of Nigerian Students’ Oyo State Joint Campus Committee (NANS Oyo JCC).
I am currently a 400L Student of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Ibadan.
My academic journey across both the polytechnic and university systems has equipped me with a balanced understanding of the realities, challenges, and aspirations of Nigerian students across different institutions.
My decision to contest is driven by a sincere passion for service and a desire to strengthen inter-campus unity, effective representation, and student welfare in Oyo State. I believe that NANS Oyo JCC should be a platform that promotes inclusiveness, constructive engagement, and responsive leadership.
If given the opportunity to serve, I am committed to transparent leadership, accountability, and purposeful advocacy that prioritizes the collective interest of students.
I humbly seek the support, trust, and cooperation of all students and stakeholders to achieve a more united and progressive NANS Oyo JCC.
