One must question why he was not entrusted with a position in the government of Aketi until the second term, when he was only appointed as Special Assistant to Students and Youths. This delay speaks volumes about his reputation within political circles. How many prominent politicians has he feigned support for, only to undermine them when it suits his interests?
Moreover, his personal conduct is equally troubling. Ogunyemi has been known for his indiscretions, often engaging in affairs and attempting to tarnish the reputations of those who reject his advances. Recently, disturbing allegations have emerged involving an affair with the wife of a barrister, which has reportedly been ongoing for five years. Such behavior raises serious ethical questions about his character.
Honourable Ogunyemi’s past actions, including his attempt to usurp what belonged to the late governor, further illustrate a pattern of opportunism. We advise the public to exercise caution when dealing with him.
His tenure as Youth SSA was marred by reports of inappropriate conduct within government offices, turning them into environments unfit for professional engagement.
Olumuyiwa Ogunyemi should not be reckoned with. He presents a façade that masks his true nature, and it is crucial for the community to be aware of his behavior and motives. He is not a man of good character, and associating with him may lead to regret.
