A Heartfelt Appreciation from Hon. Jubril Kolawole Emilagba on his emergence as the Flag Bearer of Apc in the forthcoming Chairmanship Election of Lagos Mainland Local Government.
With deep humility and immense gratitude, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed in one way or another to my victory at the just concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) Local Government Chairmanship Primary Election.
I am truly honored to have emerged as the flag bearer of our great party, the APC, for the forthcoming Chairmanship Election in Lagos Mainland Local Government. This victory is not mine alone, it is a collective achievement made possible by Divine Grace, Loyal Supporters, Visionary Leaders, and the unwavering commitment of our people to progress and good governance.
First and foremost, I return all Glory and Praise to Almighty Allah, the author and finisher of our faith, whose hand guided me through this journey. Without His grace, wisdom, protection, and strength, none of this would have been possible. I dedicate this milestone to Him and remain ever committed to serving in His light.
To the leadership and members of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), I am deeply grateful for your confidence in me. Your dedication to democratic ideals, internal unity, and merit based leadership gave us a credible and transparent primary election process. I do not take your trust lightly, and I assure you that I will uphold the values and vision of our party with every responsibility that comes with this nomination.
I also wish to thank the entire Lagos Mainland Local Government my beloved constituents, our elders, women, youth, market men and women, community leaders, religious groups, and grassroots mobilizers. Your prayers, encouragement, votes, and unwavering belief in my candidacy played a crucial role in this success. Your voices have been heard, and I am committed to being a servant leader who listens, learns, and works tirelessly for the betterment of our people.
As we look ahead to the forthcoming Chairmanship Election, I call on every member of our local government to join hands with us in unity and peace. The journey ahead requires cooperation, collective effort and a shared commitment to progress. Let us rise above partisanship and personal interest, and focus on building a stronger, safer, and more prosperous Lagos Mainland for all.
