Ronaldo Leaves Saudi Arabia For Madrid As US-Iran Conflict Escalates In Middle-East

Al-Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo has departed Saudi Arabia overnight as tensions continue to escalate across the Middle East.

The 41-year-old forward reportedly travelled to Madrid, Spain, aboard his ÂŁ61 million Bombardier Global Express private jet.

His departure comes at a time of heightened security concerns in the region, with ongoing military exchanges entering a fourth consecutive day.

GISTSMATE MEDIA reports that Ronaldo resides in Riyadh, a city that has recently been targeted amid the conflict.

Reports indicate that drone strikes hit areas including the US embassy in the Saudi capital overnight, while Iranian state media has claimed that a command and staff facility in Bahrain was also destroyed.

Flight tracking data shows that Ronaldo’s aircraft took off at approximately 8pm local time and completed the near seven-hour journey to Madrid, landing shortly after 1am.

The Portuguese star’s exit comes as Al Nassr remain in contention for the league title, though there has been no official statement linking his travel directly to the unfolding security situation.
