The initiative, intriguingly branded “Agric Empowerment,” has left residents both amused and bewildered.
While the gesture by All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA rep is being touted as a boost for entrepreneurship and small-scale trade, critics have pointed out that it’s hard to see how a wheelbarrow alone can solve the pressing challenges facing the youth of Aguata.
Social media has erupted with memes and jokes, with many jokingly asking, “Does everyone get their own wheelbarrow?”
