Comrade Muhammad Abubakar Wase, the Plateau state Coordinator of Asiwaju Patriotic Youth Alliance (APYA) has congratulated the New All Progressive Congress (APC) National Chairman, Prof Nentawe Yilwatda.
GISTSMATE MEDIA reports that Yilwatda was picked to take over from Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, who stepped down recently due to health reasons.
Professor Yilwatda is currently the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and was once a university lecturer.
He is from Plateau State and was the APC’s candidate for governor in the 2023 elections.
Reacting to the Yilwatda emergence, Wase hailed President Bola Tinubu for choosing an energetic and wise party leader to saddle the affairs of APC.
He said, “President Bola Tinubu foresight for endorsing Professor Nentawe Yilwatda is a topnotch.
“Prof Yilwatda is not just a passionate party leader, but a young mind who is wise and strategic in his approach to matters.
“APC members should expect new initiatives, rapid progressive and greater success”, Wase concluded.
Muhammad Wase is a former National President of North Central Nigeria Students, Convener of Coalition for civil societies and pressure groups supporting Wase for speaker, also the Convener of Wase Support Tinubu Campaign Organization.
He is the current Organizing secretary of the North Central youth council, and former Presidential aspirant at National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).
