The Executive Chairman of Idanre Local Government Area Council, Ondo State, Barr. Smart Adeusi Omotadowa (SAO), has received Mr. Kiloshele, a proud son of Idanre, and expressed strong support for his aspiration to become the National President of the National Association of University Students (NAUS).
The meeting, which held at the Local Government Secretariat in Idanre, brought together key officials of the council and representatives of the Idanre student community. During the engagement, the Chairman commended Kiloshele for his courage, leadership ambition, and commitment to representing Nigerian university students at the national level.
Barr. Adeusi described Kiloshele as a worthy ambassador of Idanre whose leadership aspiration reflects the growing influence of young people from the community in national student politics. He noted that the council is proud to see sons of the soil rising to positions where they can advocate for the interests and welfare of students across the country.
Also present at the meeting was the Secretary to the Local Government Chairman, who welcomed the initiative and encouraged continued collaboration between student leaders and local authorities in promoting youth development and leadership.
Speaking during the visit, the National President of the National Association of Idanre Students (NAIS), Akinmolayan Ayomide, popularly known as Asiwaju Lafe, expressed appreciation to the Chairman for his warm reception and support. He emphasized that Kiloshele’s candidacy represents not just a personal ambition but a collective pride for the Idanre community.
Mr. Kiloshele, in his remarks, expressed deep gratitude to the Executive Chairman and the entire Idanre Local Government leadership for the encouragement and support extended to him. He assured them that if elected as NAUS National President, he would represent the interests of Nigerian university students with integrity, dedication, and a strong commitment to student welfare.
The visit marks another significant endorsement for Kiloshele’s national ambition, as leaders and stakeholders continue to rally behind his vision for a stronger and more impactful National Association of University Students.
