‘I Killed Him,’ Murder Suspect Makes Confession On Instagram

A run-away suspect in a cafe murder in North East Delhi, India, has gone on the Instagram to confess to committing the crime.

He also clarified in the chilling video post that neither his father nor any member of his family had hand in the murder.

According to local media reports, a 24-year-old man, Faizan, was shot dead at Mr King Lounge and Cafe in Delhi’s Welcome area.

The incident reportedly triggered panic in the locality and a swift police probe into what officials suspect was a case of personal enmity.

The incident was reported around 10.28 pm on January 23 at Mr King Lounge and Cafe in Maujpur area.

Police also confirmed that on arrival at the scene, they found a man, later identified as Faizan alias Fazzi (24), son of Sehroj Alam and a resident of JMC Welcome, lying injured with gunshot wounds.

“He was immediately shifted to GTB Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.”

Preliminary findings indicated that Faizan was shot in the head and chest.

The cafe, which locals claimed was operating illegally, was sealed off as the forensic team collected evidence from the crime scene.

The accused, in the video, said he killed Faizan because the latter had hit him some months ago.

Police investigation on the incident continues.
