Nollywood actress turned evangelist Tonto Dikeh shared a deeply personal testimony during a gospel ministration at the Women of Fire Prayer Conference in Tanzania.
During her message, she reflected on her past, stating that while navigating life in a “wicked world,” she “dipped her hands in so much filth and dirt”.
In her confession, she explicitly stated, “I joined a cult and worked with demons so hard”.
She explained that these past encounters gave her a deeper understanding of spiritual battles, eventually leading her toward redemption.
Dikeh described her current path as a “resurrection” rather than a rebranding, testifying that God had called her back to “clean [her] up” and use her to preach the gospel.
The actress’s mission in Tanzania included several other notable spiritual activities reported during the conference:
She was seen performing deliverance prayers for students during a school outreach.
During one session, she felt led to sponsor a young boy’s education up to the university level after sensing a “word of faith” for him.
She has publicly shared her victories over long-term struggles, including smoking, alcohol addiction, and chronic back pain.
