A video of a man confronting his wife in a hotel room in Lagos after allegedly catching her with a driver has surfaced.
The incident occurred two days after Christmas in 2024, according to Chiemeka Okoro, who recently shared the video.
In the footage, the husband, identified as Ifeanyi, is heard confronting his wife after discovering her with the driver.
According to Chiemeka, Ifeanyi resides in Nigeria, while his wife lives abroad. She had returned to Lagos for the Christmas holiday but did not go home, instead choosing to stay in a hotel.
Ifeanyi later found out that his wife was in a hotel, so he stormed the location and allegedly caught her in a compromising situation with the driver.
Eyewitness reports state that Ifeanyi physically assaulted both his wife and the driver.
In the video, the wife is heard crying while trying to explain herself to her husband.
āI met him at the airportā¦ The next room was my roomā¦ Oh my God!ā she said.
Hotel staff were seen approaching the room to investigate the commotion.
āIfeanyi, heās not my boyfriend. He helped me at the airport,ā she pleaded as her husband continued to hit her.
āDid you?ā the husband asked as sounds of beating were heard.
āNo. I did not do anything. I swear to God,ā the wife begged.
āI didnāt do anything. Iām not feeling fine,ā she added.
The driver was later seen fleeing the hotel with ripped clothes and a black eye, according to the eyewitness.
