GISTSMATE MEDIA reports that the former JFM building near Edewor Shopping Plaza in Delta State has been gutted by fire.
Residents of the area said a mysterious fire started in the building located in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.
According to the residents, many were in fear the fire could get to other structures around as the it started to spread to the third floor of the building.
While the cause of the fire outbreak is yet-to-be-ascertained reports said the personnel of the Delta State Fire Service found if challenging to quench the fire as the firefighters ran out of water in the process.
Also police officers have been deployed to the incident scene as the fire continues to ravage the building which houses Current FM.
The police officers, sources say were deployed to the location to prevent hoodlums from looting the property.
