The Senior Special Assistant to Osun State Governor, Hon. Sulaimon Musa Olalekan has congratulated Muslim faithful on completion of Ramadan and celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
In his Eid celebration message, Hon. Sulaimon also called for prayers for Osun state and the Governor, Ademola Adeleke.
He also urged the Muslims to remember the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and beyond Ramadan month, he furthered that faithful should keep themselves away from sins they have abstained from during Ramadan period.
He said, “In this auspicious season, I want to congratulate the Muslim community of Osun State on completion of this year Ramadan.
“Beyond jamboree, the Muslim faithful should use this period to pray for our dear state Osun and our Governor, His Excellency, Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke. We should also pray for our Dear country, Nigeria.
“Let’s also put into continuous practice the teaching of Ramadan and never go back to all that we have abstained from during the holy month.
“May Allah accept our fasting, prayers, and charity during the blessed month of Ramadan. May He forgive our sins and grant us His mercy and guidance”
May this Eid Increase peace, prosperity and unity in our state.
May Allah continue to guide our Governor, His Excellency, Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke. May God be with the people of Osun and bless us in all ramifications.
