Music star David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, and nightlife socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly called Cubana Chief Priest, visited Senate President Godswill Akpabio in Abuja.
The meeting, captured in a video shared by Cubana Chief Priest on Instagram, showed Akpabio addressing Davido and his entourage while holding a document.
Cubana Chief Priest paired the video with a caption, encouraging followers to connect with those who embody their envisioned future.
Chief Priest wrote: “Try as much as possible to get close to people who look exactly like your future. Abuja nights with Naija 003. Person wey get OBO too get power.”
The visit has raised questions about how elites relate with themselves amidst heavy criticism of each other’s political views and party.
Davido has criticized Nigerian leaders on the global stage for lacking good leaders, hence, drawing the country backward.
Ademola Adeleke of Osun state, a PDP governed state is Uncle to the Grammy nominated singer, Davido.
Cubana Chief Priest has been a staunch supporter of Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State and President Bola Tinubu.
