GISTSMATE MEDIA reports that in a tragic incident, South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron has been found dead in her home at the age of 24, officials have confirmed.
Sae-ron rose to fame after starring in the Netflix series Bloodhounds.
According to The Sun, the actress’ body was discovered by friends, who reported the matter to the police on Sunday.
It was learnt that the police have launched an intensive investigation into the actress’ death in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
Sae-ron began her career at the age of nine and gained recognition as a popular child star through the films A Brand New Life (2009) and The Man From Nowhere (2010).
As she entered her teenage years, Kim took on more prominent roles, including her standout performance in A Girl at My Door (2014).
She also starred in several television drama series, such as Listen to My Heart (2011), The Queen’s Classroom (2013), and Hi! School-Love On (2014).
Her first adult lead role came in the television drama Secret Healer (2016).
