Gunmen have reportedly abducted a member of the Plateau State House of Assembly representing Pankshin South Constituency.
AIT reports that the lawmaker was abducted from his home at Dong area of Jos North LGA.
GISTSMATE MEDIA reports that Plateau State has been battling insecurity.
Recall that the District Head of Birbyang in Birbyang Ward of Kantana Area of Plateau State Alhaji Zubairu Usman Garba was also forcefully abducted by gunmen.
The abduction took place a week after the village Head of Shuwaka in Kyaram District, Garga Area was killed by kidnappers after the payment of millions as ransom.
