The Senior Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Students Engagement and National Director of Students Engagement for City Boy Movement, Hon. Asefon Sunday has inaugurated City Boy Movement campus ambassadors in Cross River state.
Asefon in a message shared on his social media accounts the event was also used to preach the work of President Bola Tinubu.
He said, “Yesterday, we officially commenced the Campus to Campus Campaign and inauguration of City Boy Movement Campus Ambassadors across Cross River State.
“I was warmly received by the SA to the Governor on Students Affairs, student leaders, and other stakeholders. We used the opportunity to share the Renewed Hope message and engage students on the importance of greater participation, responsible leadership, and active citizenship.”
Asefon furthered that the main aim of the event is to mobilize for President Bola Tinubu re-election bid and expand the members of city Boy Movement.
“The mobilization drive is also focused on expanding membership of the City Boy Movement, with our Campus Ambassadors encouraged to reach more students, particularly students who are registered voters with PVCs, and encourage them to participate actively in the democratic process.

“Mr. President is working, and the impact is showing on our campuses.”
He also reminds the students of the main objectives of the City Boy Movement which are to inform, engage and empower people.
He said:
“Our message in the City Boy Movement is simple:
“INFORM our friends in our classes, departments, and faculties about the development projects and initiatives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on our campuses.
“ENGAGE students by encouraging leadership responsibility, active citizenship, and meaningful participation.
“EMPOWER young people by connecting them with opportunities and building networks that promote inclusive participation at all levels.
“Together, we will continue to Inform, Engage and Empower.”
