Oyo state All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Professor Samuel Ogunwale Ogundiran has congratulated Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja on his 81st birthday celebration.
Prof. Ogundiran also hailed the former Oyo Governor on historical coronation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadan.
In his congratulatory message, Ogundiran predicted that Oba Ladoja’s tenure will not only bring prosperity to the Ibadan land, but Oyo state in general.
The Tapa, Ibarapa North-born Professor said, “Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, a seasoned politician, grand strategist, whose impact cannot be overlooked in Oyo state politics is a year older, and not only celebrating his birthday, but we are celebrating a merited achiever, the new Olubadan of Ibadan.
‘I foresee that with Oba Ladoja’s vast experience in politics, his tenure will bring more prosperity to Oyo state, and not only Ibadan land.
“Loved and cherished by his people, even beyond the Oyo state, that’s why the coronation of Oba Ladoja is exceptional and the best in the history of the land, attracting the presence of Mr President, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, notable first class monarchs and other eminent dignitaries across Nigeria.
“Kabiyesi, may your new age be filled with divine strength and sound health, may your reign be prosperous than all previous Olubadans, may God bless Ibadanland, Oyo state and Nigeria beyond our expectations during your tenure.
“Ki ade pe lori, ki bata pe lese, ki awon onilu Oba pe lafin Baami Adewolu Ladoja, Omo Akin.”
