The Performing Musicians Employers’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Cross Rivers state chapter has eulogized the former Governor of the state, Chief Clement Ebri on occasion of his birthday.
Celebrating with Chief Ebri on his birthday, PMAN Cross Rivers Governor l, Hon. Prince Emmanuel Effiom Aka Rebreed said the former Governor is a dedicated leader who always puts his people first.
He disclosed that PMAN appreciated the undoubted leadership and political maturity that Chief Ebri is playing in the state and beyond.
Hon. Rebreed said:

Clement David Ebri (born 11 December 1952) is a Nigerian politician who was elected on the NRC platform as Governor of Cross River State, Nigeria between January 1992 and November 17, 1993 during the Nigerian Third Republic.
He left office after the military coup that brought General Sani Abacha to power.
