Former United States Navy personnel, Mr white House, Dr. Adeniran Oyebade, has instituted legal action against the National Democratic Coalition (NDC) National Working Committee (NWC), the party’s Ondo State leadership, and others over the emergence of Mr. Gbenga Falaye a ghost Aspirant,an illegal immigrants in America as the party’s candidate for the Ondo Central Senatorial District.
Oyebade is seeking ₦5 billion in damages, alleging fraud, conspiracy, and serious irregularities in the party’s candidate nomination process.
Addressing journalists, Oyebade claimed he defected from his former political party after receiving assurances from NDC officials that there was no existing aspirant for the Ondo Central Senatorial District ticket.

Based on that understanding, he said he purchased the party’s nomination form, made financial contributions to the party, and travelled from the United States to Abuja to participate in the screening exercise.
According to him, the Ondo State Chairman of the party, Mr. Peretei, collected ₦3.8 million from him in connection with the nomination process. He further alleged that the screening exercise was postponed for one week after he and other party officials had already incurred travel and accommodation expenses in Abuja.
Oyebade maintained that he was the only aspirant who completed the party’s nomination process for the senatorial ticket. However, he alleged that the party later submitted the name of Mr. Gbenga Falaye an illegal immigrants who is presently based in America,and never appeared for the screening,who never attended any party functions, to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) without conducting a valid primary election.
He further alleged that Falaye neither purchased the party’s expression of interest and nomination form nor personally appeared before the screening committee either in ondo state or in Abuja, and there was no primary conducted in any political wards or local government of the central Senatorial district.
Oyebade claimed that another individual fraudulently impersonated Falaye during the screening process and that no lawful primary election was conducted to produce the party’s candidate.
He maintained that, he is giving the ghost Aspirant seven days autimatum till August 10 to withdraw his candidature,else,
1. He will institute a CIA Investigation for electoral fraud, because he is in America and committing electoral fraud in Nigeria
2. He will subpoena for his arrival and departure records(I/94) at the US embassy in Lagos or Abuja
3. That Mr gbenga Falaye risked automatic deportation for electoral fraud
Oyebade also alleged that Falaye is currently resident in the United States and did not physically participate in the party’s screening exercise, campaign activities, or other internal processes leading to the nomination. He claimed that he personally attended all required party events and fulfilled every obligation expected of an aspirant.
Describing the entire nomination process as a violation of the party’s constitution and Nigeria’s electoral laws, Oyebade called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to investigate the circumstances surrounding the submission of the party’s candidate and, where appropriate, invalidate the nomination.
The former U.S. Navy veteran further disclosed that he has filed a ₦5 billion lawsuit against the NDC leadership over the alleged irregularities. He also warned that he would petition relevant United States authorities over what he described as alleged misconduct if the matter is not properly addressed.
In addition, Oyebade called for investigations and immediate arrest and removal of Kenneth peretei and others at the state level who perpetrated this electoral fraud
He also urged law enforcement agencies to investigate those he believes played roles in the alleged fraud
As of the time of filing this report, the National Democratic Coalition (NDC), Mr. Gbenga Falaye, and the party’s Ondo State leadership had not publicly responded to the allegations.
