The Osun State Community Development Council (CDC) has unanimously endorsed His Excellency, Governor Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke, for a second term in office.
The CDC cited his remarkable achievements in grassroots development, community empowerment, urban renewal, and his unwavering dedication to improving the welfare of citizens across Osun State.
The endorsement was made during a courtesy visit led by the State Chairman of the CDC, Alhaji Agbajelola Salam, alongside members of the State Executive Council and Local Government CDC Chairmen.
Speaking during the visit, Alhaji Agbajelola Salam commended Governor Adeleke’s people oriented leadership and the numerous developmental projects executed across communities in Osun State.
He noted that the governor’s administration has consistently demonstrated responsiveness to the needs of the people and has maintained a strong partnership with community development stakeholders.
The governor was represented at the event by the Deputy Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Prince Kola Adewusi, who expressed appreciation to the CDC for its continued support and contributions to community development, security sensitization, and grassroots mobilization across the state.
Prince Adewusi reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to improving the welfare of residents and ensuring that development reaches every community in Osun State.
The courtesy visit was facilitated by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Community Engagement, Hon. Sulaimon Musa Olalekan, whose office continues to strengthen collaboration between the state government and community-based organizations.
The CDC leadership also pledged its continued support for the administration and reaffirmed its commitment to promoting peace, security, and sustainable community development throughout Osun State.
