Tragedy struck in eastern Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley on Sunday as an Israeli airstrike devastated a family of 17 in the town of Zboud, according to Lebanese media reports.

Since September 23, the attacks have claimed the lives of at least 816 people and left over 2,500 injured, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry.

The conflict has displaced tens of thousands on both sides of the border and exacted a significant toll in civilian casualties.
