Comrade Ojetola Babatunde Yussuf well known as Toyyem has been elected as the General Secretary of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Southwest, Zone D, GISTSMATE MEDIA reports.
Ojetola, a former General Secretary of the association at state level in Oyo and immediate-past Treasurer of Zone D was elected as the General Secretary at the just concluded convention held in Ekiti.
Reacting to the victory, Team New Era lead by Ojetola described the convention as peaceful, eventful and step-forward for NANS.
The team also hailed the immediate-past Zone D Executives, stakeholders, SUG Presidents, comrades and student leaders across the zone.
“This election is a testament and concrete statement on the improvement of students’ movement. Nigerian Students are now revolutionary, visionary and with aura of scientific Aluta.
