Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has shared details of her spiritual journey, saying she was called by God at the age of 19.
The revelation came during a livestream where she spoke about her early experiences with faith.
“I’ve always had this calling right from when I was a child. At 19, I was going to be a pastor, until I ran away. I’ve been in church since I left secondary school. So I had always known God intimately and intensely. And I’ve always known I had this calling,” Dikeh said.
She added that her life has been far from ordinary, with God guiding her path. “If you watch what has happened in my life, it is not ordinary. God called me and needed me to go through all I had to become the firebrand that I am today,” she stated.
In a recent development, Tonto Dikeh has reconciled with her husband, Olakunle Churchill, after a decade of separation.
