Hon. Prince Emmanuel Effiom “Rebreed”, the Governor of Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria, PMAN, Cross River State Chapter has declared support for Governor Prince Bassey Otu Chief of Staff, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar.
PMAN support is coming amidst the call by opposition players calling for the sack of Hon. Ironbar over alleged massive corruption.
Speaking on the call, PMAN Governor of the state, Effiom dismissed the call and affirmed that all musicians in the state are solidly behind Hon. Ironbar.
Effiom said, “PMAN stands solidly behind the CoS to Governor Otu in the wake of the call for his sack by opposition players, accusing him of massive corruption,
“Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar Is an upright, compassionate leader, galvanizer and organizer. He is a giver of no mean repute, not because I have benefited from him, Because I haven’t, but that won’t blind my eyes to the virtues that characterize his person.
“For record purposes, alot of people have benefited from his benevolence across the state, from the hills of Obanleku to the creeks of Bakassi, that I can testify to, therefore, he is an asset to us especially in the entertainment industry because he is one of us.
“Therefore as the head of the Music and Entertainment industry in Cross River, I have the authorization, and hereby Passed a vote of confidence on Hon Emmanuel Ironbar, the Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Cross River State.”
