The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul Enenche, has released a video declaring divine judgment on those he described as “agents of the devil” working to keep Nigeria in turmoil.
Enenche shared the clip, which is originally from one of his ministrations in July 2018, on his official X account on Monday.
Quoting the statements he made during the sermon as his caption, the pastor wrote, “There are agents of the devil in this nation who desire to keep our country in sorrow — some even hiding in positions of power and within the security forces. But today, by the mantle of Elijah, I make demands and decree: they shall be buried!
“I have bad news for every jihadist — no matter where you came from or where your conspiracy was hatched — you came too late!”
“We shall see the end of you, you shall not see the end of Nigeria!” Enenche further said to those in political authority and security forces, “working against the peace and destiny of this nation.”
“You shall not see the end of Christianity! We shall see the end of you!” He added.
Enenche’s post comes amid the global attention on religious violence in Nigeria, following U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent warning of possible military intervention to “wipe out Islamic terrorists” if the reported persecution of Christians in the country is not stopped.
GISTSMATE MEDIA reported that Trump also threatened to halt all aid and assistance to Nigeria if President Bola Tinubu’s administration failed to end the alleged persecution and killing of Christians.
Reacting to the development, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, during the November Holy Ghost Service, urged the Nigerian government to immediately eliminate terrorists and their financiers ahead of the possible United States military action in Nigeria.
Adeboye advised Tinubu to give the nation’s service chiefs a three-month deadline to wipe out terrorists and their financiers, adding that failure to do so should lead to their resignation.
