In a renewed effort to consolidate grassroots support and ensure continued development in Osun State, the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Ademola Adeleke on Community Engagement, Hon. Sulaimon Musa Olalekan continued his strategic engagements with major stakeholders and community development association leaders across the state.
In his latest efforts, he engaged community leaders from Ifelodun, Boripe, Odo-Otin and Boluwaduro local governments.
The high-level engagement, which brought together leaders of Community Development Associations (CDAs), traditional leaders, youth representatives, and political stakeholders was held at Otan-Ayegbaju Town Hall Boluwaduro Local Government Osun state.
The meeting focused on ways to strategies and strengthening grassroots mobilization ahead of the 2026 gubernatorial election.
Hon. Sulaimon emphasized the need for unity, early planning, and strategic community involvement to ensure Governor Adeleke’s re-election and the continuation of his administration’s people-centered policies.
Speaking during the meeting, Hon. Sulaimon reiterated the importance of sustained collaboration between government and communities.
“Governor Ademola Adeleke remains committed to responsive governance, infrastructural development, and inclusive growth. As loyal stakeholders, it is our collective responsibility to mobilize our people and ensure the continuity of good governance come 2026,” he stated.
The meeting also served as a platform for feedback, where community leaders highlighted pressing developmental needs and expressed appreciation for ongoing government projects under the Adeleke-led administration.
Many acknowledged the Governor’s strides in road rehabilitation, healthcare, education, and empowerment schemes.
Stakeholders from all four local governments pledged their commitment to Governor Adeleke’s vision and assured Hon. Sulaimon of their readiness to mobilize at the grassroots level.
As the political climate gradually shifts toward 2026, Hon. Sulaimon’s proactive engagement reflects the administration’s strategy to solidify support, sustain development, and maintain strong ties with the people at the heart of governance.
