The National Association of Nigerian Students, Southwest Zone (Zone D) Treasurer, Comrade Ojetola Babatunde ‘Toyyem’ has congratulated the association National President-elect, Comrade Olushola Oladoja on his victory.
Oladoja, who is a Postgraduate student of the University of Jos, emerged winner after polling 300 votes in a keenly contested convention held at the Old Parade Ground, Abuja.
Olushola Ladoja, fondly called Ladoja NANS defeated Salauhudeen Suleiman, a student of Yakubu Gowon University (University of Abuja) and Gambo Abubakar from Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai, Niger State.
Reacting to the victory, Comr. Toyyem described the new NANS National President as a leader who wouldn’t give up until he achieved his aim.
He furthered urged Comr. Ladoja to prioritize students welfare and move the association forward.
